Care Providers of Minnesota is moving!

Some changes are taking place at Care Providers of Minnesota office in Bloomington. We've been in our current location for decades, but due to changes in the Metro Office Park buildings, we are moving...across the street.
On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, we will start moving to our new office, located kitty-corner from our current location. Our new address is as follows:

2901 Metro Drive, Suite 450
Bloomington, MN 55425
That’s all that will be changing! Everything else stays the same, including:
- Access to our new website and CPM app
- Staff email addresses
- Staff phone numbers
- Great member customer service and experiences
- Exceptional education and events
Besides a new view from a few stories up, this change will also offer us a larger conference room space and a few other amenities. This all takes place beginning
TUESDAY, MAY 26, 2026. Once we are settled, we look forward to hosting an "open house" so you can see our new space for yourself.
