Update on Nursing Home Workforce Standards Board
The Nursing Home Workforce Standards Board’s is continuing to implement the rules adopted last year and is planning on investigating additional rules for nursing facilities.

This webinar will provide information on the requirement for employee training by a certified worker organization, an update on the administrative rule requiring that nursing facilities pay time and a half for 11 specific holidays beginning on January 1, 2025, and much more.
