Conflict & compliance: De-escalation, AL reg. implementation
In this comprehensive training session, participants will explore critical skills for managing conflict and ensuring compliance within assisted living environments. The session will begin with an examination of situational dynamics, equipping learners with the ability to assess conflict scenarios effectively and recognize signs of escalation. Participants will then delve into essential de-escalation techniques, such as active listening and empathy, to reduce tension and facilitate constructive communication.

Additionally, the session will cover the latest assisted living regulations, guiding learners in analyzing key components and developing actionable implementation plans. By the end of the session, participants will be well-prepared to enhance resident care, promote a positive environment, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ultimately improving the quality of life for those they serve.
