Building resilience within—Part II

Building resilience within—Part II
Now, more than ever, resilience of LTC leaders and caregivers is key to the success of our profession. The ability to adapt, change and thrive in our environment. How can we build that? Let’s learn how to develop the capacity to manage our physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being while continuously providing care and support to others. In this series you can start your journey with time and practice. We will focus on your goals and challenges, adding and refining skills so you can navigate with confidence and success.

Please consider inviting any colleagues or teammates to join you in a shared location to foster resilience through the development of supportive networks and peer learning. Come as a dyad or group prepared with any refreshments at hand, and in a space where you can focus on yourselves comfortably for a little while. Sit back, take some deep breaths, and relax a bit for a fun learning experience.
