The On-Demand Dementia Training Library Pass gives up to 10 of the Passholder's current and newly hired staff registration-free access to Care Providers of Minnesota On-Demand Dementia Training Library for twelve months from the Pass purchase confirmation date. Each additional user is $20.
PASS RESTRICTIONS: The Pass cannot be used by anyone other than current and newly hired employees of the Passholder. If the Passholder shares access to Care Providers of Minnesota On-Demand Dementia Training Library with non-employees, including people working at another organization/entity/location, Passholder forfeits the remaining term of the Pass and will not be permitted to purchase another Pass.
Each Pass is valid for 12 months from the Pass purchase confirmation date. Under no circumstances will the term of the Pass be extended beyond the 12-month period. Passholders will be able to renew their Pass after 12 months.
The discounted member price for the Pass is only offered to members in good standing of Care Providers of Minnesota. If Dementia Training Library Passholder ends Care Providers of Minnesota membership during the subscription period, Passholder forfeits access to Dementia Training Library for remaining subscription time.
Pass provides access to On-Demand Dementia Training Library and does not provide any access to any other Care Providers of Minnesota on-demand education.
On-Demand Dementia Training Library modules do not offer CEUs.
