Don’t miss our annual Day at the Capitol!

Day at the Capitol is almost here! This week is your last chance to register for our event on March 19
th. Check out the
Advocacy Action Center page on the Care Providers of Minnesota website to register and for more information. If you don’t register this week, or don’t register at all, you can still show up and support long-term care, it will only be harder to place you in a meeting with your local legislators. However, our Day at the Capitol is also a chance to learn about what is going on and hear directly from the decision makers in the legislature. If you do register, this event is a great way to meet and connect with your local legislators with support from the Care Providers of Minnesota staff at the Minnesota State Capitol building. If you register, you will also receive a meal voucher for lunch, handouts with talking points and facts to help support your advocacy, as well as a personalized schedule to help direct you through the day. With the legislature so closely divided this year, showing up to support the care we provide and connect with your local legislators to help them understand our issues is an impactful way to make a difference. YOU are the constituent, and YOU know the issues, so register now and show up to advocate for long-term care! #StopTheCutsToMNSeniors
