Care Providers of Minnesota is pleased to announce & welcome Tracy Nelson to our team!
Tracy joined our team as membership specialist on January 9, 2025. Prior to her employment at Care Providers of Minnesota, she worked in immigration legal services at Arrive Ministries and as a Special Ed paraprofessional with middle school students. Since walking alongside her parents on their own journeys with dementia, she has come to deeply value the need for excellent, compassionate care for seniors. In her free time, you can find her playing with her grandson, spending time with family and friends, and reading good books.
