Need nursing assistants?

Minnesota State’s HealthForce Center of Excellence is excited to share that the next round of Next Generation Nursing Assistant (NGNA) training will be kicking off soon. This round is called, “
Next Generation Nursing Assistant-Train. Test. Work.” or TTW for short.
NGNA- TTW kicked off in late September 2023. The first classes are wrapping up, many still in session, and more classes will be starting Fall 2023 and Spring 2024. In addition, they’ve launched the high school program that includes a free nursing assistant test prep course and one free test.
How can employers connect to the action?
Join them on Monday, December 11, 2023, at noon for an
employer info session to cover all questions NGNA-TTW.
This session will cover the following:
- An overview of NGNA TTW
- State-wide employer survey results
- Best practices to connect with NGNA candidates
- Wrap up/questions and answers
