Immediate jeopardy findings continue trends, but cited less frequently

Representatives from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) recently provided Care Providers of Minnesota with immediate jeopardy (IJ) findings published in June 2023. This now gives us six months of IJ examples for 2023. The good news is IJs are being issued at a substantially lower rate than in recent years. The bad news is there were 36 IJs cited in the first half of 2023, consisting of the following:
