Jennifer Baker is a seasoned professional with over fifteen years’ experience in organizational development, leadership training, and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Business and Leadership Development at Procare HR in Minneapolis, MN, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in acquiring new business and delivering comprehensive HR solutions. She excels in guiding clients through complex processes and cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers. Before joining Procare HR, Jennifer was the Chief Executive Officer and Human Resources Director at Synstelien Community Services, where she led the organization to achieve outstanding client satisfaction and organizational success. Her strategic initiatives in recruitment, retention, and employee engagement resulted in a multiyear turnover rate of less than 20%, far below the industry norm. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in theology from Nazarene Bible College and is a certified professional through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP). She is also a certified trainer for Situational Leadership and a facilitator for The Five Dysfunctions of a Team curriculum. With a proven track record in leadership development, people operations, and strategic planning, Jennifer is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential. When not strategizing with teams, Jennifer enjoys kayaking, hiking, and boating with her family and dog, Olive in beautiful Northwestern Minnesota.
