Responsibility: Responsible for meeting the needs and comfort of residents-to include bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, walking, toileting, bed mobility, behavior and treatment in accordance with policies and procedures. Duties: Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Assist patients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence. Support hospice care by offering comfort measures to terminally ill patients and their families. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to hygiene protocols. Document patient progress and report any changes in condition to the nursing team. Provide catheter care and assist with other medical procedures as directed by healthcare professionals. Engage with patients suffering from dementia or other cognitive impairments to ensure their comfort and safety. Physical Demands: Standing, walking, pushing, reaching, pulling and bending. Involved in resident contact for all activities of daily living 90% of workday. Hearing acuity required for communication with residents, family, physicians, and nurses. Frequently required to carry items and lift. Able to use mechanical devices

Work every other weekend/Holiday
JOB BENEFITS
Flexible Scheduling. 8 or 12 hour shifts. Family owned. No Mandating. Shift Differential when working evening and overnights.
