Posted: 2025-03-07 Human Resources Director Minnesota Masonic Charities \| View on map \| www.mnmasonichomes.org We are seeking a Human Resources Director to manage all Human Resources functions for Minnesota Masonic Charities, Minnesota Masonic Home and Minnesota Masonic Charities Children’s Clinic for Communication Disorders. This position will collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations’ goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting and retention. Responsibilities include: • Provide consultation with managers regarding employee work performance concerns • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and conflicts • Develop and manage job performance tools • Oversee the employee benefits program • Develops and monitors the organization’s compensation program • Oversee recruitment and retention efforts • Conducts investigations of offensive behavior/violence in the workplace • Provides leadership and guidance to the Human Resources staff. • Monitors and ensures the organization is in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including the Minnesota Department of Health. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar field; a minimum of five plus years of experience; experience in senior services highly desirable. • Knowledgeable in all areas of employment law, employee benefits and employee relations. • Ability to work with a diverse workforce as well as all levels of management. • Must be a strong communicator that exhibits compassion and empathy as well as firmness and ability to problem-solve at a high level.
