Director of Strategic Partnerships: The Director of Strategic Partnerships plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expansion. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales, project management, and business development. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of successful experience in long term care, assisted living or a related field. We are looking for a self starter with a positive attitude who can work well independently and likes to have fun! Key Duties: Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance market presence and revenue streams. Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership objectives with overall business goals. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage partner relationships and track performance metrics. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners. Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities. Drive strategic planning initiatives to optimize partnership outcomes. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Contact customers in person, via phone, and email to effectively communicate our company’s portfolio of services. Complete monthly site visits to current partners to solicit feedback. Other tasks as assigned by management.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in sales, project management, and business development Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain custom relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends 2 - 3 years of marketing/networking experience in long term care preferred. Must be able to adapt to flexible work hours and daily schedules. Abilities: Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests at once. Outstanding communication and organizational skills. Aptitude in problem-solving. Able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
